Yes, we charge a sampling fee (typically $80–$300 depending on complexity). However, this fee is fully refundable — deducted from your 30% deposit when you proceed to production. Sample shipping costs are at the client's expense unless otherwise negotiated.
Standard terms: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment (or against B/L copy). We accept T/T (wire transfer) and Letter of Credit (L/C) for larger orders. Payment terms can be negotiated for long-term partnerships and high-volume accounts.
