Export Terms
We ship worldwide from Qingdao, China. Common trade terms are FOB Qingdao, CIF, and EXW; the applicable term for each order is agreed at quotation. All orders are quoted and shipped on a business-to-business (B2B) basis.
Production and Lead Times
Sample lead time is typically 5–10 working days after sample confirmation. Production lead time for bulk orders depends on order quantity, product type, and the production schedule, and is confirmed in writing at quotation. We recommend planning 3–6 months ahead for seasonal products.
Shipping Methods
Most bulk orders are shipped by sea as full container load (FCL) or less-than-container load (LCL). Air freight is available on request for urgent or small orders. The most economical option for your destination is confirmed at quotation.
Packaging
All products are packed to export standards: individual OPP bag packaging, moisture protection for ocean freight, and export cartons with shipping marks. Custom packaging (hangtags, gift boxes, retail-ready packing) is available as an OEM option.
Duties and Taxes
Import duties, customs clearance, and any local taxes at the destination are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.
Inspection and Dispatch
Every order passes our quality control before dispatch. Third-party inspection (e.g., SGS, Bureau Veritas) can be arranged on request prior to shipment.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
MOQ varies by product line and customization level. Exact MOQs are provided with each quotation. Sample orders are welcome before bulk commitment.
