Transparent quality standards — because your brand reputation depends on the reliability of your supply chain. We are a fully audited woven bag manufacturer with rigorous QC protocols.
Every order passes through five inspection gates before shipment. AQL 2.5 is our baseline; tighter standards (AQL 1.5 or 1.0) available for premium and luxury brand accounts.
Every batch of raffia, paper straw, hemp, and hardware is inspected upon arrival. We check fiber strength, color consistency, moisture content (target: 8–12%), and absence of mold or pests. Non-conforming materials are returned to suppliers with documented rejection reports.
Checkpoints: Visual inspection · Tensile test · Moisture meter reading · Color matching under D65 lighting · Mold/pest screening
QC inspectors patrol production lines hourly, checking weave density, dimensional accuracy (within ±3mm tolerance), and pattern consistency. Early-stage defects are corrected immediately — preventing downstream waste and reducing rework costs.
Checkpoints: Weave tension · Dimensional measurement · Pattern alignment · Stitch count · Material usage tracking
Post-weaving assembly — handle attachment, lining insertion, hardware mounting, zipper installation — each checked for secure attachment, smooth operation, and correct finish. Pull tests conducted on handles and straps (minimum 15kg load capacity).
Checkpoints: Handle pull test (≥15kg) · Zipper cycle test (500+ cycles) · Hardware finish verification · Lining fit & stitch integrity
100% inspection for small orders; AQL 2.5 sampling for large orders per ISO 2859-1. Each piece is checked for overall appearance, weaving quality, color uniformity, hardware function, labeling accuracy, and cleanliness. Products that fail are reworked or rejected.
Checkpoints: Full visual inspection · Measurement verification · Label accuracy check · Barcode scan test · Cleanliness check
Final random sampling before container loading. Packaging integrity, carton labeling, quantity verification, and pallet stability checked. Photos and inspection reports provided to clients before shipment release for your approval.
Checkpoints: Carton drop test (1.2m) · Label & barcode verification · Quantity audit · Pallet stability · Container loading supervision

PermanentYes. We welcome third-party inspection at any stage — during production, pre-shipment, or container loading. Common agencies we work with: SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, and client-appointed inspectors. Inspection coordination is handled by our QC team at no extra charge.
Our standard is AQL 2.5 (Level II). For premium/luxury brands, we can operate at AQL 1.5 or tighter (AQL 1.0 available for critical defects). Defective items above the AQL threshold trigger 100% re-inspection and rework at our cost. We also track defect categories for continuous improvement.
Yes. We can provide REACH, CPSIA, or Prop 65 testing through certified third-party labs (SGS/Intertek). Testing costs are typically shared or included for orders above certain volume thresholds. We maintain standard test reports for our commonly used materials.
We maintain physical color masters for each SKU and use D65 standard lighting for all color evaluations. For dyed materials, we keep dye lot records and can provide lab dip approvals before production. Color difference is controlled within ΔE ≤ 1.5 using spectrophotometer verification on larger orders.
All handles and straps undergo pull testing (minimum 15kg static load for standard bags, higher for heavy-duty designs). Zippers are cycle-tested (500+ operations). Metal hardware is checked for finish quality, corrosion resistance, and sharp edges. Results are documented in your order's QC file.
